The classes we have change with the seasons. Right now we are dancing with Brandee to Aerobic Latin Dance exercise, a fun and exhilarating way to burn those calories, with a trained Zumba instructor. Natalie will do an invigorating yet stress reducing hour of Yoga. The Silversneakers fitness class for older adults is an incredible class with a great following.
